Imam Jamil Al-Amin would like for all of his supporters to know that so far, test results show that he has been diagnosed with multiple myeloma - cancer of the plasma cells. He still has to have a bone marrow biopsy, which can determine the stage.

He would like to thank everyone who has assisted in making phone calls, writing letters and sending e-mails and is requesting that we all continue.
